Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
The return request must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
To complete your return, you must provide proof of damage (e.g., clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging).
Products that are not damaged upon delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
